Return & Refund Policy – Digital PDF Guide
All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of our PDF guides are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the download link has been delivered.
Why We Don't Accept Returns Unlike physical products, digital files cannot be "returned" once downloaded or accessed. To protect the integrity of our products, we are unable to offer refunds after delivery.
Exceptions We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will consider a refund in the following cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same order
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
- You never received your download link despite a confirmed payment
If any of the above apply, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date.
